Bar| St. Germain Cocktail

Hey everyone!

So I was finally able to get my hands on St. Germain liquor. I actually got this bottle from Target- kind of random, but I was perfectly happy with it. I have actually been looking for this liquor for months since I was gifted a French cocktail book.

St. Germain Notes:

  • Made from elder flowers- a bright and citrus-like taste
  • Low alcohol content: 20%
  • Comes in 250, 375 or 750 mL (about 30 mL in an ounce)
  • Cultivated and made in the French Alps

St. Germain Cocktail

  • 2 ounces dry sparkling wine
  • 2 ounces of St. Germain
  • 2 ounces of soda water
  • Lemon slice

Add ice to a Collins glass. Pour the sparkling wine and St. Germain. Top it with the soda water and stir gently. Garnish it with a lemon slice.

Note: I own my own personal soda water machine and I totally recommend getting one. Sparkling water has many benefits- one such as curbing hunger.
