Bake|Substitution Chart

Hey everyone.

I thought today would be a nice day to share a substitution chart for basic baking ingredients. I got this chart from culinary school and it has come in handy several times. Remember, baked goods will never be as good as the regular recipe. So use caution when using these substitutions.
